BLACK HILLS FULL MOON GROUP – OCTOBER 11, 2011

The Black Hills Full Moon Group will meet at our home on Tuesday, October 11 at 6:30 pm. It is a potluck and also happens to be my birthday. It is not every day that one gets a Full Moon right on one’s birthday, so come on over and help us enjoy it.     

Libra Full Moon Festival

We choose the way which leads between the two great lines of force.

Equity and equilibrium are qualities brought about through the Light of Libra. We can now reach further balance towards achieving increased soul infusion through the application of Wisdom – knowledge gained through experience and implemented with love. This practice describes the narrow, razor-edged path between the pairs of opposites, associated with Libra.

Libra is the point of balance in the zodiac, the place where neither spirit nor matter dominates. During this unfolding lunar cycle culminating at the Full Moon of Libra-Aries, we may develop the practice of choosing the Way which leads between the two great lines of force, allowing the scales of justice to come into balance.

Presently, a potential is being enlivened and seeds of consciousness are forming deep within. We are called now to assist in the Spiritual Hierarchy‘s task of setting an example for humanity – acting “as if” we are members of the Spiritual Kingdom, to which we aspire.

The actual Full Moon is on Tuesday, October 11, at 8:06 pm Mountain Daylight Time. Come on over to our place Tuesday evening and celebrate with us, or celebrate wherever you are. You may say that we Librans are dreamers, but we are not the only ones.

It is very important to remember that the Full Moon is a GLOBAL EVENT which affects the entire planet. Let us link up with the thousands of people who are celebrating this Full Moon and affirm that the Revolution has started. It is PEACEFUL! We believe that Libra knows that there is no Peace without Justice. Mercury is making a conjunction to Saturn in Libra as I write this. The Lords of Karma decree that balance must return to the planet. This includes economic, social, and political fairness. The current unrest that started with the Arab Spring and that has now come to the U.S.  is calling forth the transformation. The Sun at the Full Moon will also be conjunct Saturn. Saturn symbolizes the Lords of Karma and is exalted in Libra.

In the midst of all the craziness please remember to breathe and know that the Planetary Elders are in charge. Now is a very good time to unplug from the negative news and find the calm center within each of us. There is a plan. It is Light and Love. It is working out – sealing the door where evil dwells. Light and Love and Power are restoring the plan on Earth. So mote it be. And so it is.

THERE IS NOW ROAD CONSTRUCTION ON CANYON LAKE DRIVE AND IT CANNOT BE ACCESSED FROM JACKSON.  From Main Street at the Gap take Jackson Boulevard south to Sheridan Lake Road.  Turn right onto Sheridan Lake Road until you get to Canyon Lake Drive. Turn left onto Canyon Lake Drive and go westbound. It will become one way. Keep going until you come to Woodbine Place, which is in the curve, past Forest and then Dale.  It is gravel, with a dead-end sign at the entrance. Turn left into Woodbine, and ours is the second house on the right – 4105.
